We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Photography Assistant to support our social media content team. This role involves assisting with photography, videography, and post-production tasks to enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, strong technical skills in editing software, and a keen eye for aesthetics. Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, photo editing, and post-production workflows
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and other relevant tools such as Capture One and Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of videography techniques and video production processes
• Understanding of color theory, color management, and art direction principles
• Experience with social media management tools and content scheduling is a plus
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects efficiently
• Prior experience in journalism or social media content creation is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms
• Support post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Premiere
• Manage color correction and color management to ensure visual consistency across content
• Contribute to photo manipulation, art direction, and creative concepts for campaigns
• Film and edit video content using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere
• Help coordinate filming schedules and set up equipment for shoots
• Support social media management by preparing content for posting and engaging with online audiences
• Assist in maintaining organized digital archives of visual assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual stories aligned with brand messaging
