Job Description

The User Experience Designer will work closely with Production and Tech leadership, reporting to the Digital Executive Producer and Unit9 Technical Director. The role is hybrid, requiring at least 2 days in the office located in Highbury and Islington, London, with negotiable arrangements.


Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in UX design, ideally within an agency or creative environment.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or Sketch; familiarity with usability testing tools.

- Creative Technologies Experience: Ability to blend innovation, design, and technical expertise, including knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, IoT, and interactive media.

- Communication: Strong client-facing skills; ability to articulate design concepts and rationales clearly; English professional proficiency required.

- Problem-Solving: A strategic thinker capable of identifying user pain points and crafting user-centered solutions that align with business goals.

- Collaboration: A team player who values diverse perspectives in a multidisciplinary environment.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working on various projects, including websites, AR experiences, applications, and AI integrations.

- Passion: Genuine interest in innovation and creating transformative digital experiences.

- Stamina: Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced industry with limited timelines; strong time management skills.
