The Digital Marketer will translate national marketing initiatives into localized campaigns that resonate with local consumers, supporting SPAR stores in increasing visibility, driving foot traffic, and fostering online interactions.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with fresh ideas and a strategic mindset, responsible for managing local social media channels, optimizing local SEO strategies, crafting content across various platforms, executing targeted email marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The role requires a keen understanding of Newcastle’s market dynamics to identify opportunities for digital growth and collaborate with local store management and regional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the Newcastle market.
• Manage and grow local social media presence across various platforms.
• Execute local SEO efforts, including optimization of Google My Business.
