Job Description

Part time, remote role responsible for end to end social content creation. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can independently generate ideas, produce assets, and deliver finished content without supervision.

Responsibilities

Create social content from concept through final delivery.

Develop content ideas aligned with artist, brand, and campaign goals.

Edit short form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.

Design static and motion graphics for feeds, stories, and ads.

Identify trends and translate them into usable content formats.

Maintain organized content files and basic content calendars.

Collaborate with marketing leads to support releases and campaigns.

Implement feedback quickly and accurately.

Required Skills

Strong video editing skills.

Graphic design for social platforms.

Deep understanding of current social media trends.

Ability to ideate, not just execute tasks.

Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Preferred Experience

Music or entertainment industry experience.

Artist, label, or brand social content experience.

Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.

Understanding of engagement and growth mechanics on social platforms.

Role Details

Part time to start.

Remote.

Expanded scope and hours based on performance.

$15.00 - $35.83 per hour.
