Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Professional Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic media team. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, events, and artistic productions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. Proficiency in both photography and videography, along with expertise in post-production and editing software, is essential to produce compelling content that aligns with our brand vision.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-grade photographs and videos across diverse settings, including events, studio shoots, and on-location projects.
• Manage all aspects of post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Apply color management techniques and color theory principles to ensure visual consistency and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct photo manipulation and art direction to enhance images and videos for marketing materials and social media platforms.
• Film engaging video content, including interviews, promotional videos, and social media clips.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver tailored visual solutions.
• Maintain equipment, organize digital assets, and ensure high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Assist with social media management by creating visually appealing content that boosts engagement and brand presence.
• Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, journalism, and social media to continuously improve skills and output.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One for photo editing; Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro for video editing.
• Strong understanding of color management and color theory principles to achieve desired visual effects.
• Experience with photo manipulation techniques and art direction to craft compelling imagery.
• Knowledge of video production processes including filming, editing, sound design, and storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with social media management tools to optimize content distribution across platforms.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret client needs effectively.
