Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Mid‑Senior UX Designer to support our Experience Department on upcoming, ambitious B2B website projects. This role focuses on shaping clear, confident experiences from the ground up, helping clients navigate complexity, and creating structures that meet both user needs and commercial goals. The designer will collaborate with strategy, UI, and development teams to transform insights into purposeful and usable experiences.

Work Responsibilities

• Full website rebuilds and redesign projects
• UX audits and heuristic reviews
• Retainer‑based UX support, CRO work, and mini audits
• Landing page UX and end‑to‑end journey design
• Intelligent experience strategy and UX definition
• Design of large, content‑rich B2B websites with multiple audiences
• Conversion‑focused journeys in coordination with SEO and Paid teams

Requirements

You should be an experienced UX designer with a strong background in B2B digital experiences, comfortable balancing user needs with commercial goals. Key skills and qualifications include:

• Ability to shape clear journeys and page intent for long decision cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Awareness of UX trends and emerging technology, particularly AI tools
• Experience leading design discovery processes and translating insights into design
• Capability to define sitemaps and information architecture for complex websites
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and flows using Figma as a core design tool
• Understanding of how UX supports conversion in B2B contexts
• Focus on designing with accessibility in mind, adhering to WCAG AA standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work at pace in an agency environment
• Adaptability to suit project requirements while maintaining high-quality output
