Job Description

Freelance Paid Media Specialist (Paid Social & PPC) Agency-side | Contract | Immediate / Near-Immediate Start

We’re working with a growing digital agency looking for an experienced Freelance Paid Media Specialist to support client delivery across Paid Social and PPC. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s comfortable managing accounts end to end, working at pace, and delivering performance-led results across multiple clients.

You’ll be responsible for planning, activating, and optimising paid media campaigns across:

• Paid Social: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn (experience with other platforms a bonus)
• PPC: Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), keyword research and account optimisation

You’ll work closely with client services and strategy teams, owning performance, reporting, and ongoing optimisation.

Requirements

Proven experience in Paid Social and PPC (agency experience preferred)

Confident managing budgets, optimising performance and reporting on results

Comfortable auditing accounts and making clear, actionable recommendations

Able to work independently and hit the ground running

Freelance / contract availability
