Job Description

Panache Pilates is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Intern/Assistant to support our Instagram and TikTok presence. This is a primarily remote internship with occasional paid, in-person content shoots in Jersey City or New York City. This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates looking to build a strong portfolio, gain hands-on brand experience, and receive a professional reference.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create 3–5 Instagram Story posts daily (content requires approval before posting)
• Assist with Instagram and TikTok content creation
• Develop and pitch your own social media strategy, alongside the existing brand strategy
• Ensure all content aligns with Panache Pilates’ elevated, wellness-forward aesthetic
• Assist with occasional paid, in-person content shoots

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in social media, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands
• Good visual eye and understanding of brand aesthetics
• Familiar with Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications for graphic design and visual content creation.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research strategies, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
• Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, proofreading, and storytelling that aligns with branding objectives.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies to boost reach and engagement.
• Excellent relationship management skills to engage audiences effectively across diverse demographics.
• Ability to analyze data insights from social listening tools and analytics platforms to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles including branding consistency, audience targeting, public relations management, and e-commerce integration when applicable.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail in graphic design and visual storytelling; ability to adapt content for various platforms while maintaining brand voice.
