Job Description

Luke Pepper Creative is looking to partner with an experienced Subcontractor Video Producer to support our growing video production needs. This is a project-based, in-person role for a producer who enjoys being involved in every stage of production— from early concept development and scripting through shooting, editing, and final delivery. You will collaborate closely with our internal team on both client and internal projects to maintain production quality, consistency, and execution while supporting the growth of our video department. We seek to build a long-term subcontractor relationship with someone we can trust and grow alongside as our workload scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video production experience
• Strong experience with Sony camera systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Solid understanding of professional production workflows (on set and in post)
• Ability to own projects independently while collaborating with a team
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
• FAA Part 107 drone pilot license required
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work on location in Torrington, CT as needed

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shooting and editing video content for commercial, nonprofit, and municipal clients
• Assisting with concept development, scripting, and story structure
• Collaborating with Luke Pepper Creative’s in-house team on client and internal initiatives
• Running camera, audio, and lighting on set
• Managing assigned projects from start to finish, including post-production and final exports
• Keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
• Communicating professionally with internal team members and, when needed, clients

Travel

• Approximately 5% travel
• Occasional regional or national travel depending on project scope
