The main focus is to enhance the website by improving user friendliness, increasing professional lead generation, ensuring quick loading on mobile devices, making the site easy to navigate, and optimizing for high conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in lead generation, use of AI tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, back-end knowledge, and a user-centered mindset.
