Job Description

We are seeking a Webflow web designer to provide task-based, intermittent support for an existing Webflow website. Work will consist of small edits and occasional page expansions as needs arise. This role is ideal for an experienced Webflow designer who prefers flexible, project-driven work rather than set weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Make small content and layout updates within Webflow
• Build a limited number of new pages using established styles
• Ensure responsiveness and visual consistency
• Implement updates accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly around scope and turnaround for each task

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and editing sites in Webflow
• Strong understanding of responsive design and Webflow structure
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
• Familiarity with basic SEO best practices

Time Commitment

Work is intermittent and task-based, with assignments provided as needed rather than on a fixed schedule.
