Marketing & Brand Lead [Urgent]

Digital Marketer is needed in Lisboa, Portugal.

Transcend Group is a well-established company in the Portuguese real estate sector and is seeking a Marketing & Brand Lead to take full responsibility for their marketing and branding activities. This role bridges executive leadership and junior marketing staff, directing strategic marketing goals and ensuring their successful execution. The Marketing & Brand Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s marketing and brand strategy, managing campaigns, producing and editing marketing collateral, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with both internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma or similar tools, with a strong focus on hands-on design, real estate campaign management, and digital marketing. Experience in real estate, architecture, development, or premium brands is strongly preferred. The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires a hybrid work approach, with rare weekend work and flexibility between a fractional or full-time role after a trial period.
