Soundtrack to an old mental institution

I am looking for someone to create a 12-track soundtrack inspired by an old asylum. Each track will be based on a different room or location within the building and should evoke a depressing and emotional atmosphere, with a slightly creepy tone. The aim is for each piece to make listeners feel as if they are present in that specific location. Each track should be at least 3 minutes long to be suitable for an LP record, but I am open to suggestions on the length. I can provide photographs of the building for inspiration. This is for a personal project and there are no firm deadlines. The work can be completed remotely.
