Job Description

Prolific Brands is a U.S.-based digital advertising agency specializing in Amazon PPC, creative production (video + design), and e-commerce brand growth. We are looking for an experienced Email Lead Generation Specialist to source and deliver qualified B2B leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for both our advertising and fulfillment services.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted B2B lead lists using platforms such as Apollo, A-Lead, and similar tools.
• Identify and source decision-makers at e-commerce and Amazon-focused brands.
• Ensure leads match defined ICP criteria.
• Verify contact data and maintain clean, accurate records.
• Import qualified leads into Instantly email campaigns.
• Deliver consistent weekly volumes of qualified leads.
• Communicate progress and results clearly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of lead generation experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo, A-Lead, or similar lead sourcing platforms.
• Experience using Instantly or other cold email automation tools.
• Strong understanding of B2B ICP targeting.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to provide examples or case studies of past lead generation work.

Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing leads for Amazon service providers.
• Experience targeting e-commerce brands or 3PL/fulfillment services.

Additional Information

Pay: $8.00 - $15.00 per hour
