Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills across web and mobile platforms. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design is required. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision is essential. You should possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration in a remote setting. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Creating user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to define user flows and interactions.
- Developing high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
- Staying current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth of the design team’s capabilities.
