JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Healthy Minds is a mental health tech non-profit startup focused on addressing the mental health crisis through technology. We are building the world’s first digital marketplace for mental health services. We collaborate with influential leaders from various fields and are supported by an industry-leading Board of Directors and Advisory Council Members.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Web Designer who specializes in Webflow to enhance our digital experience at projecthealthyminds.com. The role involves rethinking our platform’s visual and functional aspects, creating new initiatives, landing pages, and developing fresh interaction patterns.

Approx. 10–20 hours per week. Reports to the Head of Creative.

REQUIREMENTS

• Deep experience designing and developing in Webflow
• Strong visual design sensibility and exceptional attention to detail
• Comfort owning projects end-to-end (design build iterate)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams at once
• A collaborative mindset, translating cross-functional goals into expressive web experiences
• Passion for web design, experimentation, and thoughtful interaction design
• Curiosity for new tools, resources, and emerging technologies in web design

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

• Conduct research and develop moodboards to express design direction and vision
• Create thoughtful, on-brand web wireframes (preferably in Figma)
• Develop pages directly in Webflow, from concept through launch
• Own in-depth QA and troubleshooting for high-quality execution
• Build new landing pages and support new web initiatives
• Make ongoing improvements to our existing site
• Push the envelope with modern layouts, interactions, and motion
• Guide team members in using the CMS for content updates
• Collaborate closely with Creative team members on concepts and execution
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to address information architecture and narrative needs

COMPENSATION

The hourly rate for this role is between $50 and $70, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant considerations.
