Job Description

GRAPHIC DESIGNER / UGC VIDEO EDITOR – PAID SOCIAL & BRAND CREATIVE (PART-TIME, REMOTE)

HelloNutra | 15–20 hrs/week | 100% Remote | $25–$35/hr

With potential full-time depending on performance.

HelloNutra is a modern supplement brand creating vitamins and supplements that are easy to take, love, and stick with. We believe supplements should fit naturally into everyday life and focus on thoughtfully formulated products paired with vibrant branding.

We aim to make taking supplements enjoyable and something customers will return to.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally supporting direct-to-consumer brands, performance marketing, or paid social advertising.
  • Strong experience editing short-form, vertical video (UGC-style ads, TikTok, Reels, Shorts), with a clear understanding of pacing, hooks, and attention retention.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted creative and editing tools for video/image generation, ideation, scripting, and creative iteration.
  • Comfortable integrating AI into daily workflows to increase speed and explore new creative directions.
  • Experience creating motion-driven, brand-forward video assets beyond basic cuts and captions.
  • Experience designing static ad creatives, motion graphics, captions, and simple animations optimized for paid social environments.
  • Able to take strategic creative direction and turn it into finished assets quickly.
  • Comfortable working with raw creator content, enhancing it into high-performing ads.
  • Understanding of creative performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, engagement, and creative fatigue.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines.
  • Strong visual taste with an appreciation for clean, modern, lifestyle-driven branding.
  • Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or supplements is a plus.
