Job Description

Dolead is a global leader in Lead Generation, assisting over 200 clients across 15 countries (EU + North America) in converting paid media into measurable pipelines. We are seeking a freelance Marketing Operations & Design professional to support our growth. In this role, you will work at the intersection of operations, design, and experimentation, collaborating with paid, data, and client teams to ensure optimal setups, sharp landing pages, and effective testing. This position is fully remote for candidates located within ±2 hours of France.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with Dolead internal tools to maintain the proper operational configuration for clients.
• Creating Landing Pages using our internal Page Builder and providing feedback for improvements.
• Managing and overseeing new client launches.
• Monitoring and investigating Billable Rate, CVR, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Acting as a cross-functional project manager for client launches and projects, typically managing several in an agile format (Click Up).
• Setting up A/B testing, analyzing data, and making decisions to enhance performance.
• Proposing and implementing strategies to improve conversion funnels by analyzing conversion channels and usage data.
• Collaborating directly with technical teams to manage and enhance our internal LP builder interface.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have the following:

• 2+ years of professional (or similar) experience in Digital Marketing and/or Web Design.
• Marketing expertise with a strong understanding of the entire marketing funnel.
• Experience in Landing Page design and/or management.
• Project management skills, including the ability to identify objectives and coordinate the team towards them.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A passion for problem-solving with robust analytical skills.
• Curiosity about the consumer experience.
• Goal-oriented, capable of prioritizing tasks, and working independently.
• International account management experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus.

Additional Information

This position is freelance and fully remote, with a preferred location within ±2 hours of Paris, France.
