Matt’s Production is a full-service video and photography studio specializing in commercial content and live event coverage. We manage productions from concept to completion, delivering high-quality visuals driven by a strong creative vision. Our versatile work includes corporate campaigns, branded content, festivals, concerts, and community events. Our focus is on collaboration, precision, and consistency, creating engaging cinematic highlight videos, social media content, and impactful visual storytelling tailored for diverse audiences.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Contract Videographer to work alongside our lead videographer capturing high-profile events, social media content, and recap videos. This a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience in professional event and commercial production. This position begins as a volunteer role, but individuals who demonstrate a strong level of skill, reliability, and professionalism may be considered for a paid, permanent position and the opportunity to work on-site at large-scale company events and premium client productions.

Responsibilities

• Film high-status corporate events, brand activations, and social media content alongside the lead videographer.
• Capture high-quality video footage for recap videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Operate professional camera equipment during shoots.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Work efficiently in fast-paced, live event environments.
• Ensure footage aligns with creative direction, brand standards, and project goals.
• Maintain a professional presence when working with clients and event stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with video cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras preferred).
• Basic understanding of lighting and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional on set.
• Comfortable filming in high-pressure, live-event environments.
• Passion for videography, storytelling, and content creation.
