Job Description
Job Title: ETL/Informatica Developer (PowerCenter)
Location: Charlotte, NC and Addison, TX (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 months
Position Summary: Hands-on design and ETL development in Data Warehouse environment. Responsibilities include working on multiple projects concurrently, attending project meetings, understanding requirements, designing solutions, and developing code. The role involves partnering with near shore and offshore teammates, coordinating with various support teams, and working with Business Analysts to address production issues. Responsibilities also include working with the Information Architecture team on technical solutions, identifying gaps in technology, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating with development and QA teams throughout the post code development phase.

Required Skill set: Informatica PowerCenter, Unix, Oracle
Primary Skill: Hadoop
Secondary Skill: Informatica
Tertiary Skill: Teradata
Required Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence; ability to design systems with minimal direction; excellent analytical and logical skills; self-starter with thought leadership; ability to partner with technology and business associates; strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, and Dimensional Data Modeling; ability to multitask and work independently; expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL; expertise in ETL Processing concepts; experience handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience or exposure in a large financial organization.
Additional Information
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
