Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Executive to join us on a part-time or freelance basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys creating and executing marketing, not just planning it. You will have ownership and lots of freedom to bring your ideas to life, and the chance to shape how our brand looks and feels.

Your role will involve:

• Planning and running key social media campaigns aligned to business priorities, with clear, measurable results.
• Creating engaging video content.
• Taking and editing photos for website and social media.
• Writing blogs to support SEO and thought leadership.
• Creating and sending newsletters.
• Writing case studies.
• Email marketing campaigns.
• Creating marketing templates and assets.
• Day to day social media posts and activity.
• You will be our go-to person for ideas and marketing activity.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Solid experience in a similar mid–senior marketing role.
• Confident working independently and managing their own workload.
• Creative but also commercial; you care about what actually works and how it is received.
• Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on delivery.
• Enjoys working with founders and being part of a growing business.
