I’m seeking an experienced CPG packaging designer to refine and optimize an existing packaging system for a food product.

The packaging is already developed; the scope of work focuses on strategic refinement rather than a full redesign. The objective is to adjust visual hierarchy, typography, claims, and key visual accents to ensure immediate product recognition and clarity at shelf level, within the first second of consumer attention.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in CPG and food packaging, with a strong understanding of retail environments, shopper behavior, and on-shelf performance. This role requires the ability to balance brand aesthetics with commercial effectiveness, ensuring that the product category, value proposition, and key benefits are clearly and intuitively communicated.
