Real Estate photo and video editorUrgent

We are a U.S.-based real estate media business seeking a reliable freelance or contract partner for ongoing photo and video editing. The role involves high-volume, repeatable editing work for property listings, not one-off creative projects. Tasks include real estate photo editing (HDR or flambient), color correction, exposure balancing, sky replacement, straightening, batch consistency, as well as editing property walkthrough videos and short-form content for Instagram and TikTok. You should be detail-oriented, experienced in editing real estate content, comfortable with quick turnarounds and high-volume workflows, and able to communicate clearly. Experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or CapCut is required. Steady, ongoing work with volume-based compensation is offered, and there is long-term potential for dedicated candidates. Preference is given to editors or teams based in the Philippines (Manila preferred), but work is remote. In-person meetings in Manila may be arranged while I am in the country. Paid test batches may be assigned to shortlisted applicants.
