Event Videographer / Photographer – Business Event, Amsterdam

Videographer is needed in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced event videographer, ideally with photography skills or access to a photographer, for a professional business event in Amsterdam. The scope includes covering the event (panels, speakers, atmosphere), capturing professional headshots of attendees on arrival with a branded backdrop, creating short-form video content suitable for LinkedIn, and producing a single event highlight video or aftermovie for post-event promotion. We need someone with strong experience covering corporate or conference events, able to provide a clean and professional style, who uses their own professional equipment and can work efficiently and independently. The role may involve handling both video and photography, or coordinating with a second shooter. Deliverables include edited event photos (with headshots), one 60–90 second highlight video, a small set of short clips for social media, and selected raw files if requested. Please be prepared to share a relevant portfolio, describe your approach, provide your availability, and estimate delivery timelines. We seek someone practical, professional, and easy to work with for a few hours on event day.
