Job Description

We’re a premium commercial photo and video production company with a direct-to-brand Campaign Ads Studio. Our goal: deliver agency-level packaging + campaign creative with a lean senior team.

We need a hands-on Creative Director who can lead packaging + campaign-level creative direction and work collaboratively with our production team. Business-hours availability is non-negotiable due to our clients’ requirements for daytime collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own creative direction for packaging + campaign systems (KVs, templates, rollout consistency).
• Translate briefs into clear design systems + production-ready directions.
• Lead reviews and deliver premium brand consistency across versions.
• Partner with production on shot lists / art direction / post needs.
• Guide rollout requirements (formats, versions, retailer/placement needs) with support.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of packaging + campaign work with real brand rollout experience.
• Organized process with clear feedback and version control discipline.
• Adobe CC mastery, specifically in Illustrator/Photoshop; InDesign preferred.

Nice to Have

• Print production/mechanical awareness (dielines, specs).
• Experience working with brand teams directly, not just agencies.
• Motion awareness regarding how design translates to ad variations.
