Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Videographer, Editor, Producer, and Social Media Strategist to elevate our online digital presence through compelling visual storytelling. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to craft engaging content that highlights our services, culture, and community involvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision combined with technical expertise in video production and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos that align with the practice’s branding and marketing goals.
• Edit footage using industry-standard software to create polished videos for various platforms including social media, website, and internal communications.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards to communicate ideas effectively.
• Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, motion graphics, sound editing, and visual effects.
• Design engaging social media campaigns by leveraging video content to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media analytics to optimize content strategy and improve reach across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with practice values and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and post-production using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, filming techniques, and motion graphics creation.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of social media platforms’ best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Experience in developing social media strategies that drive brand growth is preferred but not required.

Additional Information

Pay: $18.00 - $30.22 per hour
