Job Description

Our client, a dynamic creative agency, is seeking a talented and imaginative Remote Motion Graphics Designer to join their fully remote team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide array of visual projects, including explainer videos, marketing campaigns, broadcast graphics, and social media content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic eye, exceptional technical skills in motion graphics software, and a proven ability to translate concepts into visually compelling animated sequences.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality motion graphics from initial storyboard to final delivery. Key responsibilities include creating 2D and 3D animations, developing character animations, designing typography sequences, and integrating graphics with live-action footage or other visual elements. You will work closely with creative directors, art directors, and clients to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

A significant part of this role involves staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design and visual effects. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain clear communication within a remote team structure is essential.

Requirements

Required qualifications include a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop is mandatory. Experience with 3D animation software and rendering engines is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling is crucial.

Strong conceptualization skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are expected. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a virtual team.
