I am looking for a 2D animator to create a fully animated pilot episode for my original series, ECLIPSERA. The project is a dark, grounded sci-fi set in a wasteland with elements of cosmic storytelling and some dry humour. The pilot is expected to be 10–20 minutes long. Key scenes include a cosmic introduction featuring a ‘Creator of Worlds’, grounded sequences in a rough settlement and bar, an action/tense moment outside the settlement, and a teaser shot of a mysterious wanderer. The desired animation style is stylised and slightly anime-inspired, with clean linework and strong silhouettes, avoiding both overly cutesy and hyper-realistic looks. I will provide the final script, character art for three main characters, and environment references. You should have experience with 2D character acting and movement, be comfortable animating both action and dialogue moments, and able to match and maintain a consistent style. The work can be completed remotely, and milestone payments are preferred. Final deliverables include a rendered 1080p video, along with animatic and key shots for promotional use if possible. Timeline is flexible, and I am open to agreeing on a schedule that suits both of us.
