We are seeking a Middle/Senior Python Developer to build reliable, high-quality software that delivers thoughtful and engaging user experiences. This role plays a key part in shaping integrations and core functionality, with strong ownership from design through delivery. You’ll collaborate in a remote-first environment while applying solid engineering principles, attention to detail, and a quality-driven mindset. Requirements

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of development experience in Python;
• Hands-on experience with Docker;
• A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every integration with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal;
• Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Github, Slack, JIRA);
• A passion for delightful user experiences;
• A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
• Strong software engineering foundation and experience;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code;
• You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
• You have experience working in an Agile environment;
