Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and much more. We are built on a culture of having fun and blessing the communities we serve. Our goal is to deliver both the best products and the best experience to our customers and team members. We seek professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to represent our brand and achieve high-quality results. The position has flexible hours and offers opportunities to increase your photography and media experience. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking between 40-120 minutes to capture. This role is part-time, with independent contractors paid on a per-service basis, along with additional compensation for extended travels. Media Pros capture and upload media, while NDP handles the rest!

Requirements

Experience

• Experienced photographers and videographers are preferred, though real estate photography experience is not required as training will be provided.

Other Requirements

• Professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Dress professionally while on the job.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Have a flexible schedule and keep an updated Google calendar with availability.
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Follow the NDP shoot flow and standards, consistently providing a high-quality product.
• Effectively communicate with clients throughout the shoot.
• Maintain regular communication with the Local Owner, operations team, and clients via email, text, and phone.
• Study/test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone flying.
• Receive regular feedback/training regarding NDP standards of quality and professionalism.

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera capable of shooting 5 brackets along with a Wide-Angle Lens, such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with 16-35mm Lens.
• Tripod and ball head attachment.
• Reliable transportation.
• High-Speed Internet.

Additional Opportunities

For Media Pros who demonstrate a love for people and NDP, additional income opportunities may be available as a brand ambassador for NDP.

Job Types and Pay

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
