App Developer is needed in Fahaheel, Kuwait.

I am looking for an app developer who can assist with uploading a profitable web-based game built on Replit to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. I also require ongoing maintenance and testing for these apps after deployment. The expert must be available onsite in Fahaheel, Kuwait, for the full duration of the project.
