Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive (Affiliate) to support and scale affiliate activity for a high-growth ecommerce business during a busy trading period. This role is part of a collaborative performance marketing team and combines commercial thinking with hands-on delivery, focusing on partner performance, campaign optimisation, and insight-led growth across international markets. This is a 3-6 month contract, ideal for individuals looking to enhance their affiliate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and optimisation of affiliate activity in line with wider performance marketing objectives.
• Work closely with affiliate partners and networks to drive traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Assist with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting across multiple markets.
• Identify optimisation opportunities through data analysis and performance insights.
• Support the onboarding and development of new partners as the channel evolves.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and commercial teams to ensure activity aligns with broader business goals.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce or agency environments.
• Experience working with affiliate partners or networks, with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Commercially minded with a data-led approach to optimisation and decision-making.
• Confident managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using affiliate platforms and reporting tools is beneficial but not essential.

Project Scope & Duration

This is a 3–6 month contract.

Salary Range

£28,000 – £32,000 (pro rata)
