Job Description
We’re seeking a results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for both our agency and our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands how to scale campaigns profitably, and enjoys working across multiple industries and platforms. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with a strong focus on ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to turn strong messaging into high-performing campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Solid understanding of PPC strategy, media buying, and SEM best practices
- Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Ability to manage and optimize ad budgets while maintaining performance efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting aligned with campaign objectives
- Optimize PPC campaigns through bid strategies, creative testing, and budget allocation
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking via Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and events
- Manage media budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with performance goals
- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve landing page and funnel performance
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and strategy teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to continuously improve results
