Job Description

This is a remote position for a Velocity Cloud Developer. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio to design, build, and support industry-specific cloud solutions. The role requires a self-driven individual capable of working independently in a remote environment, with a solid understanding of Vlocity components and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Vlocity / Velocity Cloud solutions using OmniStudio.
• Build and customize OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors.
• Implement efficient data integration and transformation using DataRaptor Load, Extract, and Transform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize OmniStudio components for performance, scalability, and reusability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Vlocity components and integrations.
• Follow Salesforce and Vlocity best practices for development and deployment.
• Work independently in a remote setup while meeting delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total IT experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience in Vlocity / Velocity Cloud.
• Strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, including:
• OmniScripts
• FlexCards
• DataRaptors
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Industries implementations.
• Exposure to Apex, LWC, or integrations.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
