Contract: Freelance

Job Description

Next Door Photos San Antonio is a local business with a national footprint focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and much more. The company promotes a culture of fun and community service while ensuring excellence in product delivery and customer experience. We are seeking professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to represent our brand and achieve high-quality results in media capture. The position offers flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through certification and availability for scheduling. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property requiring 40-90 minutes of capture time. The role is part-time and classified as independent contractors, compensated per service and for extended travels. Responsibilities include capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages the rest of the process.

Requirements

Experience

We are looking for experienced photographers and videographers. Each Media Pro will receive comprehensive training on all products offered by NDP.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners
  • Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots at various locations
  • Professional attire while on the job
  • Ability to upload media before 9PM on the day of the shoot
  • Flexible schedule
  • Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar with availability
  • Travel up to 30-40% of the workday
  • Adhere to NDP shoot flow and standards for high-quality output
  • Effective client communication throughout the shoot
  • Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback/training related to NDP quality and professionalism

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
