Project Manager is needed in Bilbao, Spain.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Freelance Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support company formation and ongoing operational activities. The role is primarily remote with the possibility of some onsite work in Bilbao, Spain. You will help with company set-up and ongoing administration—coordinating legal, accounting, and banking tasks, as well as acting as a point of contact between English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and HubSpot is required. You should be fluent in both English and Spanish, have a strong organisational background, and be able to manage schedules, documentation, and operational improvements. The position is around 10 hours per week and will suit someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
