Job Description

We operate with over 4,000 specialists providing growth invention services across various domains, including Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. As a certified B Corp and Climate Neutral company since 2021, we work with clients such as Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay, and OpenAI. We are seeking a freelance Illustrator Animator for a 7-week, full-time project, responsible for transforming static illustrations into dynamic video assets for a global tech client.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration-led motion design.
• Experience animating within established brand guidelines, preferably for tech clients.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Solid foundation in illustration and graphic design, with an eye for timing, movement, and detail.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• 3D motion experience in Cinema 4D or Blender.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the role include:

• Animating existing static illustrations into engaging motion and video assets.
• Translating creative direction and storyboards into refined motion outputs.
• Working across various formats and platforms, primarily in video and motion-based deliverables.
• Collaborating closely with the Design Director, designers, and other creative partners.
• Aligning all work with established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all assets.
• Managing deadlines effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Staying current with motion design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contributing creative problem-solving and motion ideas as needed.
