FT Assistant Art Director [Urgent]

Art Director is needed in Philippines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Art Director to lead and oversee the planning and quality assurance of our creative video slot projects. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director to develop project timelines, allocate tasks to the creative team, and monitor project progress for any potential issues. You will establish and maintain high-quality control standards, conduct regular creative reviews, and provide feedback to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications. Mentoring junior team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering effective teamwork will also be part of your role. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and an ability to address technical design challenges is required. You’ll also help guide the team on artistic vision, manage texture work and visual design language, oversee game concepting, and stay updated on relevant industry trends. Applicants must be based in the Philippines, with the position being full-time and remote within the country.
