We are a couple looking for a wedding videographer to document our wedding in Puglia, Italy at Masseria Quadrelli with 50 guests. The aim is to create a cinematic, documentary-style film that captures authentic moments, key events, and the atmosphere in a natural and timeless way. Coverage should include the ceremony, reception highlights such as entrances, first dance, speeches, cake cutting, as well as candid footage of guests and small details. Drone footage is welcome if available. The filming day should cover around 6–8 hours, with flexibility. Deliverables must include a highlight film of 5–8 minutes with clean audio, digital delivery, and all materials completed within three months of the wedding date. The ideal freelancer should have experience filming weddings or live events, show reliability in communication and timelines, demonstrate a clean editing style with minimal effects, and be able to include all music licensing and travel fees in their final price.
