Community event host needed for animal shelter visit [Urgent]

We are a small volunteer group organizing a visit to a local animal shelter in Skillman, NJ. We need a community event host with experience in hosting or speaking at community events to guide the flow of the visit, assist with coordination, and help keep things organized and welcoming. Prior experience working with groups at community events is preferred. The host will need to be on site for the duration of the event.
