Job Description

This is a remote position focused on creating and managing email marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services. Key responsibilities include:

• Determining target audience and devising campaign strategies to generate leads.
• Ensuring the marketing message is conveyed clearly and effectively to prospects.
• Creating emails in the proper format and reviewing them for clarity, grammar, spelling, and brevity.
• Developing a personalization strategy and following up on interested respondents.
• Responding to website visitors using the Zoho Sales IQ platform.
• Coordinating with other stakeholders, including the CEO, Sales Manager, and Appointment Setters.
• Monitoring the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of proven work experience in marketing, with digital marketing experience being an advantage.
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing metrics and report creation.
• A firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
• Excellent organization, time-management skills, and independence in progressing projects and meeting deadlines.
• A high level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Work Conditions

• Willingness to work in MST time zones.
• Must adhere to U.S. Federal and Local Holidays.
• Must have a conducive work area.
• PC requirements: at least Intel i3 processor or similar.
• Must have a wired USB headset with a noise cancellation feature.
