Job Description

ANIMA Studios is a boutique sync company at the intersection of film, TV, advertising, and fashion/editorial. The company has recently launched its music supervision division and aims to build a curated roster of Music Supervisors for project-based collaborations. They seek experienced, taste-forward supervisors to work flexibly across mediums and help define the creative standard of this expanding department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, and brand teams to define the musical vision for projects.
• Research and recommend songs or original compositions to support creative briefs.
• Negotiate and secure music rights, including publishing and master clearances.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and licensing documentation.
• Coordinate with composers, artists, labels, and publishers throughout the project.
• Oversee delivery of final music assets and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships with labels, publishers, artists, and managers.
• Stay current on music and cultural trends to bring fresh ideas into projects.

Requirements

• Music Supervision: 2 years (Required)

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
