Job Description

Walker Healthforce is seeking an ETL Developer with 2-5 years of experience to support a public sector client based out of Lansing, MI. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, starting on 2/9/2026, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The role is fully onsite in Lansing, MI.

Requirements

Core Requirements:

• 2-5 years as an ETL developer.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Solid SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica), data modeling, database design, and scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• This is a fully onsite role in Lansing, MI.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that move data across schemas and tables.
• The role includes data extraction, validation, and performance optimization, while ensuring data quality and accuracy to support business intelligence and reporting.
• The developer will also implement the project’s data archival strategy.
