We are looking for creative, self-motivated Content Creators who want to own their results, scale their income, and grow with the brand. We seek a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to develop high-impact digital content that drives engagement, referrals, and verified user growth. You will create, publish, and optimize multimedia content across social media, web, and marketing channels while aligning closely with PocketBookie™’s brand voice and growth strategy. Your earnings are directly tied to the performance of your content— the more engagement and verified referrals you generate, the more you earn.

Requirements

Content Strategy & Creation:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with PocketBookie™’s growth goals.
• Create compelling written content including blog posts, articles, landing page copy, and product descriptions using proven copywriting best practices.
• Produce engaging visual content such as graphics, short-form videos, photography, and long-form video content.

Video, Design & Multimedia:

• Design and edit visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Create video content optimized for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube).
• Capture or curate high-quality photography and videography to support brand storytelling.

Platform & Channel Management:

• Publish and manage content using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the audience.
• Support email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives.

SEO & Performance Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Optimize content for discoverability, engagement, and conversions.
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
• Continuously improve content based on engagement and referral data.

Collaboration & Growth:

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Stay ahead of trends in content creation, digital marketing, and social platforms.
• Recommend innovative content formats and growth strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital storytelling.
• Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web optimization principles.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Strong editing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
