Job Description

Status Motor Group is looking for a part-time videographer and video editor to take full ownership of our video content across all social media platforms. This is not a basic editing role. We’re seeking someone who understands how to create high-quality, professional, and engaging video content that aligns with a premium automotive brand. You will be responsible for both shooting and editing, as well as managing how content is presented and published across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content
• Produce 15 short-form videos per month (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Produce 15 standard social media / storyline-style videos per month
• Edit content optimized individually for each platform
• Handle posting and scheduling across all social media platforms
• Maintain a consistent, premium brand look and feel

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing
• Content proof is mandatory (portfolio, social media links, or past work)
• Strong eye for visuals, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
• Solid understanding of current social media trends
• Reliable, organised, and deadline-driven

Trial Process

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid/unpaid trial of 4 videos. Trial content will be used to assess quality, creativity, and brand fit. Successful candidates will move forward into the role.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating automotive content
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms

Compensation

£18,000 per annum

Part-time role (30 hours per week)
