Job Description

MastarRec is hiring a Blockchain Developer to support innovative financial technology platforms operating across the United States. This role focuses on building, scaling, and securing modern financial systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on Ethereum and compatible EVM blockchains.
• Build and maintain dApps, including wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols.
• Integrate blockchain technologies with existing systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructures.
• Design, build, or manage FinTech platforms and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Ensure regulatory and security best practices.
• Support scalability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

Required Skills

• FinTech or financial systems knowledge.
• Data, risk, or software development expertise.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with blockchain frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, decentralized networks, and consensus mechanisms.

Desired Skills

• Exposure to Polkadot, Cosmos, or Solana ecosystems.
• Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism).
• Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs / zk-Rollups).
• Payments, lending, or blockchain experience.
• Regulatory or compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
