Job Description

I’m an independent music artist looking for a creative videographer to help bring my music to life through short-form video content. The focus is capturing visually compelling moments that pair with original music for social media.

You’ll collaborate on creative concepts, shoot on location, and deliver raw footage for post-production.

Requirements

• Own professional or prosumer video equipment (camera, lenses, stabilization, etc.)
• Strong eye for composition, movement, and storytelling
• Experience shooting short-form or music-related content preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on location
• No video editing required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on creative concepts based on music tracks
• Shoot multiple short-form videos (15–20 seconds each) per session
• Film on location in Silver Spring, MD or Washington, D.C.
• Capture high-quality footage optimized for social media platforms
• Transfer raw video files promptly after each shoot

Nice to Have

• Experience with artists, musicians, or lifestyle content
• Familiarity with social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
