JOB DESCRIPTION

Saffron Road is looking for an on-camera Content Creator to support our core line of Frozen Dinners through engaging, lifestyle-forward social content. Our meals are known for bold global flavors and real ingredients, and we’re excited to collaborate with a creator who’s passionate about healthy eating, balanced routines, and making better-for-you choices feel easy and satisfying. The ideal candidate genuinely incorporates frozen meals into their wellness routine intentionally and values flavor, protein, and balance, understanding how convenient, right-sized meals support overall well-being.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Saffron Road team on creative direction, messaging, and content goals
• Ideate, film, and edit lifestyle + food-oriented short-form video content for Saffron Road’s social channels (primarily TikTok + Instagram Reels)
• Create content focused on core Frozen Dinners, emphasizing:
• Balanced, feel-good meals
• Convenience + consistency
• Flavor-forward healthy eating
• Realistic routines that fit into busy schedules
• Deliver various content formats, including:
• “What I eat in a day” / vlog-style meal moments
• Wellness routines + lifestyle content
• High-protein meal moments and “quick but satisfying” options
• Quick product-focused videos
• Easy prep + plating upgrades
• Taste tests + ranking formats
• In-store shopping vlogs + freezer restocks
• POV / trend-driven hooks
• Stay current on social trends, audio, and platform best practices, adapting them for Saffron Road’s audience and tone
• Help establish a consistent, recognizable face and voice for Saffron Road’s frozen meals on social channels

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable on camera with a warm, confident, and relatable presence
• Comfortable sharing personal wellness and/or weight loss journey
• Passionate about healthy eating, wellness routines, and sustainable habits
• Proven experience creating short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) with strong pacing, hooks, and storytelling
• Ability to shoot and edit content independently (phone or camera is fine)
• Comfortable creating content in a lifestyle + food space
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow creative direction while providing fresh ideas
• Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
• Strong understanding of social media performance metrics

DELIVERABLES

• 2-5 short-form videos per month (vertical video, optimized for TikTok + IG Reels)
• Videos delivered with accompanying thumbnails

ADDITIONAL INFO

• Video rate dependent on experience + total deliverables
• Long-term collaboration (multi-month / ongoing potential)
• Content will primarily live on Saffron Road’s social profiles
• Products provided; additional budget support may be available for props/ingredients
