We require an experienced freelancer to enhance and standardize a collection of historic industrial construction photos, ensuring a consistent and professional style across all images. The project involves premium image enhancements, scene cleanup, and redaction of sensitive information when instructed, applying only industry-standard software such as Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, or Photoshop. You will first complete a 5-image test pack demonstrating your ability to achieve the requested ‘Tier H’ standard, including at least one image requiring advanced cleanup. The project includes the cleanup and removal of unwanted objects or people, correction of perspective issues, color and exposure adjustments, and final delivery as organized print and web-ready files. All work must be done to strict acceptance criteria, with payment released in stages for accepted batches. Confidentiality and adherence to deliverable requirements are essential. Please confirm your proposed process, rates per image, and capacity when replying.
