Job Description
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute all email and SMS communications for The PR Drop. This person will play a key role in driving sales, communication, and community engagement across our Gen Z and Gen Alpha audience.
Responsibilities
- Build, schedule and optimize email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
- Manage flows including welcome series, drops, cart abandonment, post-purchase and re-engagement
- Collaborate with design and brand teams to ensure emails feel fun, fresh and on-brand
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve performance
- Monitor performance (open rates, CTR, conversions), provide updates and make data-driven improvements
- Work within Shopify to connect campaigns to product launches and promotions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email + SMS)
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce workflows
- Strong understanding of DTC email best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Bonus: experience marketing to Gen Z / Gen Alpha or youth-focused brands

Pay: From $650.00 per month
